Kuruvikal Driver Account Deletion Policy

Effective Date: 16 April 2026

At Kuruvi Q Commerce Private Limited, we respect the rights of our delivery partners (“Drivers”) to control their personal data and account access. This Driver Account Deletion Policy explains how drivers can request deletion of their account and associated data from the Kuruvikal platform.

1. How to Request Account Deletion

Drivers can request account deletion through any of the following methods:

In-App Request:
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account

Email Request:
Send an email to: kuruviqcommerce@gmail.com
Subject: Driver Account Deletion Request

Customer Support:
Contact support via the app or helpline.

2. Information Required

To process your request, we may require:

Registered mobile number

Driver ID (if available)

Registered name

Reason for deletion (optional)

3. What Happens After Deletion

Once your request is processed:

Your driver account will be permanently deactivated

You will lose access to:

Earnings dashboard

Order history

Active delivery slots

You will not be able to log in again using the same account

4. Data Retention & Legal Obligations

Even after account deletion:

Certain data may be retained for legal and compliance purposes, including:

Transaction records

Tax-related data

Dispute resolution records

Retained data will be securely stored and not used for marketing

5. Pending Payments

Before account deletion:

Ensure all pending earnings are settled

Any unpaid dues or disputes must be resolved

6. Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 3–7 working days

7. Rejoining the Platform

Once deleted, you will need to register again as a new driver

Previous account data will not be restored
